Harris County Judge Ed Emmett, County Engineer John Blount, Harris County Flood Control District Executive Director Russ Poppe and Meteorologist Jeff Lindner will update the media Monday on Harris County’s response and recovery efforts following Hurricane Harvey. This event is intended to allow representatives of the media an opportunity to gain clarity, ask questions, and increase the accuracy of reporting on Harris County’s post-Hurricane Harvey efforts.
